How we handle the personal data you share with us. Last updated 4 November 2026.
Who we are
ONCUE s.r.o., Holečkova 777/39, 150 00 Praha, Czech Republic, Company ID (IČO) 26763567, is the controller of the personal data described here. Registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 92080.
For anything about your personal data, email lena@oncueops.com.
What we collect and why
We collect what you send us, what our hosting needs to run the site, and anonymous visit statistics.
What we don't do
Giving us your details is voluntary, but without a name and an email address we cannot reply. We do not use your details for marketing, profiling or automated decisions, and we never sell them.
Who receives it
Your enquiry is read by the ONCUE team named on our contact page. We use these service providers, which process data on our behalf under data processing agreements:
Transfers outside the EU
Some of these providers are based in the United States or may process data there. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it, or otherwise on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to deal with it. If no business relationship follows, we delete it no later than two years after our last contact. If a contract follows, we keep the correspondence for the term of the contract and for as long as the law requires afterwards. Our hosting provider keeps server logs only for a short period.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. Our visit statistics (see above) work without cookies and store nothing on your device. If you switch between the light and dark theme, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage on your own device; it is never sent to us.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. To use any of these rights, email lena@oncueops.com.
You can also complain to the Czech data protection authority: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, www.uoou.cz.
